1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Light Quartermaster Vehicle Intended To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense At The Level Of The Wejherowo Poviat. The Minimum Technical Requirements, Warranty Period And Conditions Required As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Specification.2. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete, Ready For Use, With Full Equipment And Documentation Enabling Its Registration By The Ordering Party. The Vehicle Must Meet All Currently Applicable Standards And Regulations Of Polish And Eu Law, Including Those Regarding Safety, Environmental Protection And Exhaust Emissions.
