The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Hotel And Restaurant Services For The Needs Of Events Organized By The Regional Center For Social Policy In Krakow As Part Of The Project Social Małopolska - Coordination Of Activities For Social Inclusion In Małopolska Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Social Fund Plus, European Funds For Social Development Program 2021-2027 (Fers). 2. The Order Includes Provision Of Hotel And Restaurant Services For The Needs Of Two-Day Meetings For 2 Groups: Participants Of Postgraduate Studies In Mediation (Group 1) And Specializations In The Field Of Social Welfare Organization (Group 2).3. Location Of The Facility: The Facility Where The Service Will Be Provided Must Be Located In Krakow, Within 2.5 Km In A Straight Line From The Main Market Square In Krakow. 4. The Order Includes For Each Of 2 Groups: 1) Providing Accommodation For Participants - 1 Nights Accommodation During Each Two-Day Meeting For Each Participant. Accommodation For Participants Should Be Provided In Double Rooms, Provided That A Maximum Of 2 Rooms May Be Designated For Single Use Or Two Single Rooms May Be Provided For Each Of Two Groups Within A Given Convention. 2) Providing Meals For Participants - Breakfast On The Second Day Of The Meeting For Each Participant According To The Rules Specified Below.5. As Part Of The Order, It Is Planned To Provide The Service 1) For The Group 1: Max. 30 People, Max. 10 Sessions,2) For Group 2: Max. 25 People, Max. 12 Trips. In Total, A Maximum Of 600 Person-Night Stays Will Be Possible.6. The Trips Will Take Place From Saturday To Sunday, But The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Organize A Maximum Of 2 Two-Day Trips As Part Of The Entire Order In The Range From Monday To Friday (In Justified Cases).
