The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Mechanically Driven Agricultural Tractor, Previously Unregistered, Meeting Specific Technical Requirements Together With Brand New Equipment For The Above-Mentioned Tractor, I.E. A Two-Axle Tractor Trailer, A Front Loader And A Front Three-Beam. The Minimum Requirements And Technical Parameters Are Specified In Annex A To The Swz. 2. Costs Of Delivery And Unloading Of The Subject Of The Order At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.3. The Offered Tractor And Accessories Must Meet The Minimum Technical And Quality Parameters, Which Cannot Be Technically And Qualitatively Worse Than Those Specified In Annex A To The Swz - They Must Be At The Same Level Or Better. In Addition, The Tractor And Its Accessories Must Contain All The Elements Listed In Annex A To The Swz And Must Be Ready For Work. To Verify Whether The Tractor And Accessories Offered By The Contractor Meet The Requirements Set Out In Annex A To The Swz, The Technical Offer Form (The Subject Matter Of Evidence), I.E. As Part Of This Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Partys Employees With Training Aimed At Presenting The Principles Of Operation Of The Tractor And Its Accessories And The Possibilities Of Using Their Functions In Practice.6. The Contractor Ensures That The Tractor And Accessories Being The Subject Of The Order Are Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects.7. Use Of Equivalent Materials, Devices And Technologies: 1) Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Annexes To The Tor, There Are Terms Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Supplied By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Contractors To Offer Equivalent Products, Materials Or Devices.
