1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Mobile, Multi-Purpose Set For Activities In The Field Of Removing The Effects Of Crisis Events, I.E. A Set Of Devices Installed On A Transport Trailer Enabling Activities To Remove The Effects Of Crisis Events. The Set Includes: 1) Transport Trailer; 2) 3-Phase Generator; 3) Pump For Contaminated Water; 4) Pneumatically Extendable Lighting Mast; 5) Air Compressor With Tank. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 And Annex No. 7 - Contract Template.3. Source Of Funding: Podkarpackie Voivode, Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025 - 2026.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Brand New, Unused, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, Suitable For Use As Intended, Meeting The Requirements Specified In Applicable Law.5. The Contractors Obligations Include In Particular: 1) Execution Of The Subject Of The Order With Due Diligence, In Accordance With: A) The Content Of The Swz Together With Annexes, The Consequence Of Which Is This Contract, In Particular The Description Of The Subject Of The Order; B) Indications Of Current Knowledge And Experience Provided For This Type Of Order, And Having An Appropriate Base For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order; C) Principles Of Professional Ethics.2) Execution And Delivery Of The Subject Order In Accordance With The Current Knowledge Requirements Provided For This Type Of Supplies And Services And With Due Care.3) Securing, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, The Materials Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Including Transport, Personal Protective Equipment, Etc.4) Having Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Its Business And Having A Current Insurance Policy, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming That The Contractor Is Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order.5) Appointing Contact Persons Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Close Cooperation With The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Confirmed By A Written Acceptance Protocol Prepared In 3 Copies, 2 Copies For The Ordering Party And 1 Copy For The Contractor.7. Upon Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Be Provided With The Necessary Documents (In Polish), (If Any), Including: A Warranty/Service Book, And Other Necessary Documents And Others Indicated In The Tender Documentation, Approvals, Certificates, Admission Certificates, Etc.8. The Contractor Or His Representative Will, At His Own Expense, Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Representatives In The Comprehensive Handling Of The Delivery Item. The Training Will Take Place At The Place And Date Agreed By The Said Parties.9.
