Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Equipment To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations Under The National Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026

1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Purchase Of Equipment To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations Under The National Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 Adopted By Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 27, 2025 (M.P. Of 2025, Item 541) On The System Of Financing Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks Arising From The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Protection Population And Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws, Item 1907) - Project Construction Of A Civil Defense Warehouse In Radymno And Provision Of The Necessary Equipment To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations. The Aim Is To Equip The Volunteer Fire Department Unit With The Equipment Necessary To Conduct Rescue Operations - The Purchase Of A Rescue Pontoon With An Engine And A Transport Trailer. The Equipment Will Be Used In Rescue And Evacuation Activities As Well As In The Organization And Security Of Water Supplies.1.2. The Implementation Of The Task Will Consist In The Delivery Of Brand New Assortment In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Minimum Requirements.1.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Is Being Implemented As Part Of The National Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 Adopted By Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 27, 2025 (M.P. Of 2025, Item 541) On The System Of Financing Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Resulting From The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Civil Protection And Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws, Item 1907).1.4. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Training Conducted By The Contractor In The Use Of Equipment For At Least 2 Representatives Of The Ordering Party. The Training Will Be Conducted At The Ordering Partys Headquarters During The Technical And Quality Acceptance. The Contractor Will Prepare A Report On The Training, And The Ordering Partys Representative Will Confirm Its Completion.1.5. During The Warranty Period, All Warranty Repairs And Replacement Of Consumables Will Be Carried Out By An Authorized Service Center At The Contractors Expense.1.6. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Made Of Materials That Meet Safety And Health Protection Requirements And Have The Required Certificates, Approvals And Declarations Of Conformity - To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions For A Given Type Of Product.
