The Ordering Party Provides Gps Units To Be Installed In The Contractors Equipment For Winter Road Maintenance.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure Appropriate Equipment And Materials To Perform The Subject Of The Order (Removing Snow And Combating Winter Slipperiness On Roads And Sidewalks) On Its Own And At Its Own Expense.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly And On-Going Monitor The Condition Of The Roads And Make Decisions On The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order In Consultation With The Ordering Partys Coordinator. The Ordering Party Will Carry Out Random Checks On The Implementation Of Works Specified In The Subject Of The Order.
