Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Dental Units With Equipment

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Sale And Delivery Of 2 Dental Units With A Set Of Equipment, Hereinafter Referred To As Devices, For The Needs Of The Secondary School. Prof. Zbigniew Religa In Olsztyn, Ul. Mariańska 3A, 10-052 Olsztyn, As Part Of The Modernization Of The Field Of Education In The Field Of Dental Hygienist, 2) Conducting Training In The Use Of The Supplied Devices For 2 People Designated By The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Training, The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Materials And Persons Competent To Carry It Out,3) Disassembly, Transport To The Disposal Site And Disposal Of Previously Used Dental Units (2 Pieces).2. A Detailed Description Of The Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz.3. The Description In Annex 2 To The Swz Contains Minimum Requirements, Which Means That The Contractor Can Offer Devices With Better Technical Or Operational Parameters.4. The Supplied Equipment Must Bear The Ce Marking Indicating That It Has Been Tested By The Manufacturer And Found To Meet European Union Health, Safety And Environmental Protection Requirements.5. The Delivered Devices Must Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Complete, Approved For Trading And Use, Unused, Not Subject To Any Repairs, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Fully Functional And Ready For Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose, Meeting The Applicable Quality And Technical Standards, Not Encumbered With Any Third-Party Rights And Meeting The Requirements Specified In Swz.6. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Tools, Materials, Equipment And Transport. The Installation Of The Devices Will Involve Performing All Work Necessary To Use Them In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose And Function, I.E., Among Others: On Carrying, Setting, Adjusting, Screwing, Starting And Cleaning The Delivery Site. The Costs And Risks Of Transport, Delivery, Packaging, Insurance During Transport And Installation Of All Devices Are Borne By The Contractor.7. Delivery Of Equipment To The Building Of The Post-Secondary School. Prof. Zbigniew Religa In Olsztyn At Ul. Mariańska 3A, To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party, Will Be Carried Out On The Ordering Partys Working Days, Using The Contractors Own Efforts And At The Contractors Expense.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge And Applicable Regulations, As Well As With Respect For Occupational Health And Safety Principles.
