The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Office Of 220 Mobile Phones Enabling Voice Calls, Sending And Receiving Sms, Mms And Data Transmission, In Quantities And Parameters Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Telephones Should Be Brand New, Form A Commercial Set As Provided By The Manufacturer (Including At Least A Usb Cable), In The Original Packaging With The Manufacturers Factory Seals Along With User Manuals At Least In Polish And Manufacturers Warranty Cards, Ready For Use As Intended And Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects, Be Admitted To The European Union Market, Have A Menu In The Language Polish And Be Introduced For Sale By The Manufacturer To The Eu/Poland Market In The Years 2024 To 2025.
