As part of the Early Childhood Education Support Project, and in partnership with UNICEF, the Welfare Association is implementing a project to distribute non-food items to Palestinian families in the Bekaa Valley . The project will provide support by providing workers with a set of laptops and tablets, which will be used to enter registration forms for the distribution process. How to apply Bidding Rules Interested parties are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals, based on the terms of reference below, and to fill out the relevant tender documents and deliver them by hand to the Administrative Department of the Welfare Association in Ramlet al-Bayda, Al-Akhtal Al-Saghir Street - Opposite State Security, Baltaji Building (Green Project), 5th floor, no later than Tuesday, November 4, 2025 , during the Associations official working hours (from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ).
