Tenders are invited for Provision of Media Agency and Advertisement Services AGPO Suppliers, Contractors and Services providers are requested to fill in their contact information in the portal and select the categories that they are interested in whereby they shall automatically be included in the KIPPRA list of registered suppliers upon attaching a Valid AGPO Certificate issued by National Treasury and filling in Electronic Government Procurement System Registration Number (eGPs) at the space provided. The eGPs Number validity will be verified. Suppliers, Contractors and Services providers who do not belong to the AGPO category will be required to fill the registration document and attach eligibility documents so as to be included in the register. A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained from KIPPRA registration portal available on the KIPPRA website www.kippra.or.ke or www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Prospective bidders should register on https://procurement.kippra.or.ke/. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm. Completed Bids are to be saved as PDF documents marked KP/REG/01/2025-2026: Registration of Suppliers, Contractors and Service Providers and be attached to the KIPPRA E-procurement Portal so as to be received on or before 29th October 2025 at 11.00 A.M. Submission should strictly be done via the KIPPRA E-Procurement Portal. Bidders note that system bid submission issues should be addressed to [email protected]. Bids will be opened electronically promptly after closing time and Bidders or their representatives are welcome to witness the opening on 29th October 2025 at KIPPRA offices, Bishop Garden Towers, Upper hill Nairobi 7th floor Boardroom, 11.00am.The system will automatically close at the indicated time and will be opened for continuous registration upon completion of the evaluation exercise.
