Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Consultancy Services to Undertake a Multimedia Market Definition Assessment in Uganda The bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders/consultants from the address at 8 (b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Shs.100,000 (Uganda Shillings one Hundred Thousand only). Proposals must be delivered to the address below at 8 (c) at or before 10:00 AM, 7 th November 2025. A Proposal Securing Declaration shall be valid until 20th March 2026. Electronic Bidding will be permitted. Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be made in the presence of the consultants representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8 (d) on 7 th November 2025,10:15 AM. 7.
