Tenders are invited for Procurement of Design, Supply and Installation of Flow Battery Energy Storage Systems and Energy Management Systems in 2 islands in Maldives (Package A-2) Rebidding Interested Bidders shall register with the Ministry of Finance and Planning, from 20th October 2025 to 1st December 2025 between 8:00 hours and 14:00 hours on all working days by: a) Paying a non-refundable Registration fee of MVR 1,500.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa One Thousand Five Hundred) or USD 100.00 (United States Dollar One Hundred), through the online payment portal - Bandeyri Pay (https://bandeyripay.finance.gov.mv/), or by electronic transfer to a designated bank account, information of which can be requested through email to above given email addresses, and; b) Once the payment has been confirmed, the Bidder shall complete registration by submitting, either in person or by email, the following information: Name and Address of the Bidder Name, Email address and contact number of the Contact Person(s) Copy of the Payment/Transaction Receipt. 7. A pre-bid meeting will be held online, on 30th October 2025 at 11:00 hours Maldivian Time. Details are provided in the Bidding Document. 8. A complete set of Bidding documents and related documentation will be available for download on the Ministry of Finance and Planning website www.finance.gov.mv. The Ministry of Finance and Planning shall not be held liable for any information not received by the Bidder, and it is the Bidders responsibility to regularly check the website for the latest information related to this invitation for bids. Deliver your bid: to the address above in para 5. on or before 2nd December 2025 at 11:00:00 hours Maldivian Time together with a bid security as described in the Bidding Document Late bids will be rejected.
