Tenders are invited for Construction of NCC Building Construction of National Control and Monitoring Centre (NCC) Tender duration: (15) months. Project Location: NCC building is located to the north of Amman North 400/132 k.v. Substation /Amman/ Badran village, within land numbers (323,324). Tender Works: The works included in this contract include the construction, delivery and maintenance of all civil, electrical, mechanical, sanitary, alarm systems works, HVAC systems, BMS and any other works mentioned in this tender documents. Buildings within this tender are : Main building (B01),guard room (B02), generator room, plant room, water tank, holding tank (B03) and any other works necessary for construction of National Control and Monitoring Centre (NCC). The main building (B01) gross area of (5243) m², floor area is approximately (1223) m² , including but not limited to the following: Concrete works; Facade works; Interior works; Furniture(if included as it is optional while bidding); Air conditioning and ventilation works; Accompanying finishing works; Cable trenching; CCTV system & Access doors system. BMS Lighting systems Fire alarm and extinguishing system (including design for clean agent fire protection systems only); Water supply and Sanitary works and all others Electromechanical works. (2) External works, including but not limited to the following: Grading works (excavations and backfilling); Retaining and boundary walls Pavement, asphalt, landscaping full works; The electric gates; Drain works. External lighting works The Guard Room; The Plant room with area of 49 m²; The Generator room with area of 45 m²; Water tank area of 32 m² Holding tank.
