Tenders are invited for Procurement of Cost Assessment Services for MCA-Mongolias Office Reinstatement (Office Demolition) The Consultant firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures for the selection of Consultants Qualification Selection (CQS) set out in the MCC Accountable Entity Procurement Policy & Guidelines, which are provided on the MCC website (https://www.mcc.gov) and this procurement is open to all eligible consultant firms as defined in the RQI. To register and request the complete RQI, interested parties should send an e-mail with the subject line Request for RQI Document Ref Proc-125 to the Procurement Agent at

[email protected]. Interested Consultants should provide their full contact information in the email message. This will also ensure that interested consultants receive the updates regarding this RQI. Any clarifications needed shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Agent at

[email protected] no later than October 24, 2025, by 2:00 pm Ulaanbaatar Time. MCA-Mongolia will consolidate all submitted requests for clarification and will issue a Q&A document no later than October 27, 2025, by 5:00 pm Ulaanbaatar Time. The Consultants Qualification Information relevant to the assignment must be uploaded to the submission link as specified in the RQI document no later than October 29, 2025, at 3:00 pm local time in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
