Tenders are invited for Artificial Intelligence Trainer Scope of Work The consultant is expected to: · Work closely with PWWSD to develop a detailed training curriculum that includes both theoretical and practical components. · Develop an action plan and training agenda to be approved by PWWSD. · Deliver engaging presentations and interactive sessions covering: o Introduction to AI: concepts, terminology, and practical relevance. o Ethical considerations of AI use in human rights and advocacy work. o Applications of AI in documentation, monitoring, reporting, and digital campaigning. o Risks, biases, and safeguards in using AI tools. o Practical exercises using accessible AI platforms and tools. o Facilitate group discussions, simulations, and case studies relevant to CSO/CBO contexts. · Provide participants with resources and reading materials for further learning. · Conduct pre- and post-assessments, and submit both scanned and hard copies of the results to PWWSD. · Submit a final report in English, including: o Topics covered and activities implemented. o Number of participants and evaluation results. o Pre- and post-assessment findings, showing percentage of gained knowledge. o Challenges and recommendations for follow-up. · Share all training materials with PWWSD for dissemination among partners. Expected Time of Implementation The training is planned to be conducted in November 2025 in Ramallah, for 2 days. By submitting a proposal, applicants confirm their availability to commit to the agreed dates. Language Clarifications · The training will be conducted in Arabic, yet the proposal must be submitted in English. · All deliverables (agenda, work plan, training material, reports, and pre-post assessments) must be submitted in English. Qualifications · Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence and its applications in social, human rights, or advocacy work. · Demonstrated experience in conducting interactive trainings or capacity-building workshops. · Strong understanding of ethical, legal, and social implications of AI. · Familiarity with the Palestinian context and challenges faced by CSOs/CBOs. · Strong communication and facilitation skills. · Fluency in written Arabic and English. Submission Details Interested applicants shall submit the following: Technical Offer · CV and profile highlighting relevant experience in AI, training, and its application in advocacy or civil society work. · Draft work plan and proposed training agenda. Financial Offer · A separate financial proposal with a breakdown of consultancy fees. · Price offer including VAT and source of deduction certificate (if unavailable, 10% will be deducted from the total contract). · Budget in EURO, inclusive of all costs (accommodation, travel, materials, etc.). Required Documents · Signed and stamped statement of integrity (to be submitted with the offer).
