Tenders are invited for Advocacy Trainer 3. Scope of Work / Key Tasks The Advocacy Trainer will: Design a two-day interactive training module (including session plan, exercises, and materials) focusing on: o Principles of advocacy and policy engagement aligned with WPSA and UNSCR 1325. o Design of advocacy campaigns: goal-setting, stakeholder mapping, messaging, and coalition-building. o Integration of lived experiences of Palestinian women into rights-based advocacy. o Digital advocacy tools and ethical communication. Deliver two days of in-person training (Days 56) to approximately 2030 participants. Facilitate group work, simulations, and discussions to enable participants to draft mini-advocacy plans. Coordinate closely with the PWWSD program team to ensure coherence with the overall six-day agenda. Submit a short post-training report (23 pages) summarizing key outcomes, participant feedback, pre- and post-assessment results, and recommendations. 4. Duration and Location · Location: Ramallah. · Timing: November 2025 (exact dates to be confirmed). 6. Reporting Line The trainer will report to the PWWSD Project Coordinator. 7. Qualifications and Experience · Advanced degree in gender studies, social sciences, law, political science, or a related field. · At least 5 years of experience in advocacy, gender equality, or WPSA-related programming. · Proven experience designing and delivering advocacy or policy engagement trainings for CSOs or feminist organizations. · Knowledge of the Palestinian context and feminist movements. · Strong facilitation and communication skills in Arabic (and English if possible). · Familiarity with UNSCR 1325, CEDAW, and regional womens rights frameworks. 8. Submission Details Interested applicants shall submit the following: Technical Offer · CV and profile highlighting relevant experience in mobile journalism, training, and its application in advocacy or civil society work. · Draft work plan and proposed training agenda. Financial Offer · A separate financial proposal with a breakdown of consultancy fees. · Price offer including VAT and a valid source of deduction certificate (if unavailable, 10% will be deducted from the total contract). · Budget in EURO, inclusive of all costs (accommodation, travel, materials, etc.). Required Documents · Signed and stamped statement of integrity (to be submitted with the offer).
