Tenders are invited for Media Consultant Services Scope of work This consultancy objective is to provide high-quality documentation of the thematic training, including the following: · Capturing 20 high-quality and edited photographs highlighting group dynamics, participation, and key activities during the training. · Production of one short video (3 minutes length) that serves as a briefing of the trainings key events, sessions, and any remarkable recommendations or feedback. · The final video shall include English subtitles, and be suitable for sharing via PWWSD and partners social media pages/websites. · The consultant shall ensure that all media productions align with PWWSDs branding and messaging. · A draft version shall be shared with PWWSD before finalizing. · Note: Raw material may be requested if needed. Training details - Dates: November, 2025. -Place: Ramallah. Duration: 7 days. Qualifications of the consultant The consultant shall possess the following qualifications: · At least 3 years of experience in producing high-quality media materials (Photos and videos, among others), with expertise in documenting trainings and workshops. · Expertise in post-production editing (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, etc). · Ability to meet deadlines. · Expertise in producing media materials that align with organizational branding. Price offer submission The consultant is requested to submit the following: Technical offer that includes the Curriculum/Profile illustrating the consultants experience in similar work. Financial offer in EURO inclusive of all costs, including accommodations and travel costs and including VAT. Valid Deduction of source certificate, if not, 10% from the total amount will be deducted. Signed/stamped statement of integrity by the applicant (Please send the signed statement with your offer as it is part of your offer) Intellectual property and confidentiality All media produced by the consultant will be the property of PWWSD. PWWSD has the right to use, reproduce, and publish/distribute the photographs and video for internal and external communications. Regarding confidentiality, the consultant, by submitting their price offer, agrees to maintain any sensitive information discussed or recorded during the training. The consultant also agrees that she/he will not publish any of the material without the approval of PWWSD. PSEA Clause The Palestinian Working Woman Society for Development (PWWSD) is fully committed to preventing all forms of sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA). Any practices that fall under this category by employees, volunteers, or contractors working with the organization are strictly prohibited. In this context, PWWSD adopts the United Nations definitions of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) as outlined in document [ST/SGB/2003/13], which state that: · Sexual Exploitation: means any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, differential power, or trust, for sexual purposes, including, but not limited to, profiting monetarily, socially, or politically from the sexual exploitation of another. · Sexual Abuse: means the actual or threatened physical intrusion of a sexual nature, whether by force or under unequal or coercive conditions. All PWWSD employees, volunteers, partners, and contractors have an obligation to immediately report any suspicions, allegations, or confirmed incidents of sexual exploitation or abuse through the organizations designated and secure reporting mechanisms, without delay.
