Request for proposals for Design, Supply, and Construction Management of Two Ro-Ro Rail Wagon Carriers and One Dry Cargo Vessel to 4 November. The State Service for Maritime and River Transport of Turkmenistan has decided, with the approval of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and in accordance with Article 23.2 of Section I of the RFP document, to extend the deadline for submitting proposals. This extension is intended to increase the number, quality, and accuracy of technical submissions. This Addendum shall form an integral part of the RFP.
