Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning Services to Bsc Plc for 1 Year Contract 4. The tender documents can be downloaded from www.bsc.rw or obtained free of charge from BSC Plc procurement office at Remera, Airport Road (KN5 Rd), Opposite Chez Lando. 5. A compulsory site visit is scheduled on 24th October 2025 at 11:00A.m in order to ascertain to volume of work to be done by the successful bidders. The visit will be facilitated by the Estate manager and Procurement team. 6. Well printed, properly bound bids presented in 3 copies one of which marked original, must reach BSC s Procurement office at Remera Airport Road (KN5 Rd), Opposite Chez Lando not later than 31st October 2025 at 11:00 A.m. late bids shall be rejected. The public opening will take place at 11h30 A.m.on the same day at BSC conference room.
