Tenders Are Invited For Financial Service Providers (Fsps)

Tenders are invited for Financial Service Providers (FSPs) to Distribute Cash. Scope of Work: The selected FSP will undertake the assignment of cash distribution in two rounds for registered IDPs and Returnees (persons with disabilities and older persons Households) in Bori Boma, Kangapo 2 payam, Kajo-keji County, Central Equatoria State. The exercise will take place in the 2nd week of November and first week of December 2025. FSPs Responsibilities: 1. Avail and distribute Cash, South Sudanese Pounds (SSP) to 1,300 individual Households in two rounds to 1,300 households in two rounds (November 17th -19th 2025 and December 10th -12th 2025). The transfer value for each household will be equivalent of USD 40 (excluding commission) in SSP at the exchange rate indicated in response to cash distribution order letter to be communicated in an email a week before distribution. 2. Transport and provide security for the Cash to project location site. 3. Submit distribution report accompanied with original signed distribution sheet (ACROSS will provide) immediately after the distribution exercise is completed. 4. Submit invoice (inclusive commission) for total cash distributed, immediately after the distribution exercise is completed Assignment Duration: The cash distribution will take place on November 17-19 and December 10-12 2025. Expected Deliverables: - Signed Distribution List (Original) - Distribution Report - Photos Submission of Proposals. Financial Service Providers (FSPs) will submit their proposals indicating clearly their commission % of the total amount to be distributed to beneficiaries, submitted to the Procurement Officer by or before 27 th Oct 2025, 12:00 Noon South Sudan local time.
