Introduction Rammis Bank S.C is seeking bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive renovation and interior design services for its Rammis Bank HQ located at Bole flamingo in front of Oromia Region state Presidents Office. The projects scope includes, but is not limited to, architectural and civil works, electrical and mechanical systems, interior finishing, and the supply and installation of new furniture. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a complete, turn-key solution in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in this document. 2. Project Overview Project Name: Renovation of Rammis Bank Head quarter Building Project Location: at Bole flamingo in front of Oromia Region state Presidents Office Addis Ababa Ethiopia Project Description: The project involves the full renovation of the 9th floor, including the reception area, offices, conference rooms, and parking area. The objective is to create a modern, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing workspace that reflects our corporate identity. 3. Scope of Work The selected bidder will be responsible for the following tasks: A. Architectural and Renovation Works Demolition and disposal of existing partitions, ceilings, and finishes. Construction of new dry walls, partitions, and ceilings. Flooring installation (e.g., carpet tiles, vinyl, ceramic tiles). Painting and wall finishing. Modification of doors and windows as per new design. Any other civil works necessary to achieve the proposed design. B. Electrical and Mechanical Works Installation of new lighting fixtures and electrical outlets. Rewiring and data cabling for workstations and equipment. Installation of HVAC systems and air conditioning units (if required). Design and implementation of a fire detection and suppression system.
