Tenders are invited for Final External Evaluation INTERSOS is a humanitarian organization dedicated to providing assistance to populations in danger, victims of natural disasters, and armed conflicts. In Lebanon, INTERSOS implements projects aimed at addressing the urgent needs of conflict-affected populations. This external evaluation will focus on a specific intervention designed to reduce the vulnerabilities of communities in the Baalbek-Hermel, South, and Nabatieh governorates through an integrated approach that addressed two fundamental areas: access to clean water and secure housing. A primary component involved enhancing Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WaSH) services through the rehabilitation of vital water infrastructure and the promotion of hygiene awareness. To ensure long-term success, community-led committees were established to oversee these services. Concurrently, the project aimed to enhance shelter security for the most vulnerable by providing Cash for Rent assistance to households at immediate risk of eviction, safeguarding individuals from displacement and related protection risks. How to apply Interested candidates are invited to review the attached ToR and submit as following: A technical proposal (detailed methodology) CV/Resume of Applicants (all specialist team members ) Financial proposal in USD (a disaggregated budget by deliverable, including unit cost) Previous experience work (preferable same scope of work)- as per attached TOR requirement.
