Tenders are invited for Supply of Vehicles on Hire Basis (Tractors, Vans, Cars, Buses and Three Wheelers) Applications are invited from reputed suppliers, manufacturers, contractors and approved voluntary societies and organizations who wish to register for obtaining the undermentioned supplies and services for year 2026 to the Mawathagama Pradeshiya Sabha. Those who wish to register as suppliers, service providers and contractors should submit self prepared applications consisting of all details separately for each item. A registration fee of Rs. 1,500/- should be paid by a supplier for each item. Applications will be closed at 3.00 p.m. on 10.12.2025. Relevant fee should be paid for every application submitted. Payment can be made even by a cheque / a Money order and they should be drawn in favour of Secretary, Mawathagama Pradeshiya Sabha. Photocopies of documents required for proving the business registration, bank accounts, experience etc. should be submitted with the application. Construction Contractors should submit the Worth Certificate in addition to the above documents and documentary proof shordd be submitted to prove that the applicant is a successful contractor. If a valid ICTAD registration is available the Worth Certificate is not necessary.
