Tenders are invited for Video Production for Cashew Value Chain Impact Stories in Cambodia. Scope of Work The consultant/production firm will be responsible for the following tasks: 2. Script Review and Enhancement o Review and refine draft scripts (provided in English) in collaboration with HEKS/EPERs Communication and Project teams. 3. Pre-Production o Develop an inception report including storyboard, shot list, infographic concepts, and a detailed filming plan and schedule. 4. Field Production (Filming) o Conduct on-site filming in Kampong Thom and Preah Vihear provinces with the specific timeline as mentioned in the delivery table. o Capture interviews with: 1. Farmers and cooperative members (ensuring gender balance) 2. Private sector partners (e.g., MIRARTH, Intersnack) o Record project activities including training sessions, demonstration plots, pest control practices, contract signings, post-harvest handling, and processing centers. o Capture B-roll footage: landscapes, farms, cooperatives, packaging, and processing activities. 5. Post-Production o Integrate voice-over narration (Khmer version). o Add infographics, pop-up texts, and subtitles (English). o Apply professional editing, sound design, background music, and color grading. o Ensure inclusion of project and donor logos and closing credits. 6. Submission of Deliverables o Provide raw footage, editable project files, and final edited versions.
