Technical and Financial Bids must be submitted in electronic format at e-Tendering portal: https://meghalayatenders.gov.in in accordance with the procedure for online submission as detailed in the Bid data Sheet on or before 28 November 2025 by 13:00 hours (India Standard Time). Bids submitted through any other mode shall not be accepted. Bidders are required to submitthe Bid document Fee and Bid Security in hard copy as per procedures laid down in the bid document. Bid document fee is INR 25,000 (USD 312). 9. The Employer will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids. 10. Technical bids shall be opened online and the bidders may view the status of technical bid opening online in the e-Tendering platform.
