Tenders are invited for Procurement of Upgrading of Jetty at Pointe Venus. 1. The Commission for Public Infrastructure Division, Transport and Water Resources is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Procurement of Upgrading of Jetty at Pointe Venus. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: RRAPID/IFB/2025/136 3. Bidders or their designated representatives are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on Thursday, 30 October 2025 at 09.30 hrs. at the proposed Jetty at Point Venus, Rodrigues. 4. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday, 17 November 2025 at 13.01 hrs.(Local Time). 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday, 17 November 2025 as from 15.16 hrs. till Wednesday, 19 November 2025 up to 13.05 hrs. 6. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday, 19 November 2025 as from 13.06 hrs. up to Wednesday, 19 November 2025 at 15.15 hrs.
