Tenders are invited for Construction and Upgrading of Drains and Associated Works for a Period of Two Years (2025-2027). The Ministry of National Infrastructure (NDU) is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/ opened to local and international bidders through the Government eProcurement System for the Framework Agreement for Construction and upgrading of Drains and Associated Works for a Period of two years (2025-2027) 2. The Bidding Document may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: NDU/IFB/2024/505. 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System by Tuesday 18 November 2025 up to 13.30 hrs (Mauritian Time) at latest. 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 18 November 2025 from 14 31 till Thursday 20 November 2025 up to 14 00 hrs. 5. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder on Thursday 20 November 2025 up to 18 00 hrs Central Procurement Board 1st Floor, NPF Building Julius Nyerere Street Rose Hill 6. The Ministry of National Infrastructure (NDU) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
