Tenders are invited for Procurement for Supply and Delivery of Secondary Textbooks for Academic Year 2026. 1. The Deputy Chief Commissioners Office,for Education and Othersis inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/opened to local through the Government eProcurement System for the supply and delivery of Secondary Schools Textbooks for intake 2026. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: RRA/DCC/EDU/ONB/G /13 OF 2025-2926. 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by 17thNovember 2025 at 10hrs 30 (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from 17th November 2025 from 10 hr 31 till 17th November 2025 up to 13 hrs. 30. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on19th November 2025 from 13 hrs. 31up to 16 hrs 00 hrs at the Deputy Chief Commissioners Office, Antoinette Prudence, Human Resource Development Centre, 1st Floor at the Conference Room Commission for Education and Others, Malabar, RODRIGUES. 6. The Commission for Education and Others,reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
