Rauma Citys Acquisition Services Is Requesting Bids For The Työelämä Passport And Permit Card Training Tray Etelä-Satakunta Employment Area 2026 (2027) In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Bidding Process Is Carried Out Through An Open Procedure, On The Basis Of Which No More Than One (1) Bidder Is Selected, With Whom The Procurement Unit Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement. The Bidding Process Will Procure The Service Of Passport And Permit Card Training For Working Life For The Year 2026. The Training To Be Bid For Is Described In More Detail In The Service Description Appendix Attached To The Request For Tender (Appendix 1). The Duration Of The Agreement Is 1 January 2026 - 31.12.2026. Option: The Contractual Period Of The Framework Arrangement Can Be Extended By One (1) One (1) Year Long Option Period For The Period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2027. The City Of Rauma Decides Separately On The Introduction Of The Option Period And Announces It No Later Than Two (2) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period In Force At Any Given Time. Exercising The Option Is The Right Of The City Of Rauma, Not An Obligation. The Estimated Value Of The Entire Purchase For The Entire Contract Period (Including The Option Period) Is 26,000 Euros (Vat 0%). The City Of Rauma Does Not Commit To A Certain Quantity Or Value Of The Purchase During The Contract Period. Procurements Are Carried Out As Needed. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right Not To Acquire The Training Presented In This Call For Tenders. The Number Of Procurements Made Based On This Request For Tenders Will Be Realized Within The Budget. The Procurement Quantities Presented In The Request For Tenders Are Estimates, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Procurement Entity.
