Rauma Citys Procurement Services Is Requesting Bids Job Search Coaching Etelä-Satakunta Employment Area 2026 (2027) In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Service Is Implemented In Satakunta In The Etelä Satakunta Employment Area, Which Consists Of The Following Municipalities: Rauma, Eura, Eurajoki, Huittinen And Säkylä. The Procurement Is Divided Into 2 Areas: 1. Job Search Coaching Etelä-Satakunta Employment Area 2026 Local Implementation2. Job Search Coaching Etelä-Satakunta Employment Area 2026 Online Implementation The Competition Is Conducted Using An Open Procedure, Based On Which A Maximum Of One (1) Bidder Is Selected For Each Part Of The Framework Arrangement. There Is No Limit To The Maximum Number Of Parts Awarded To One Provider, I.E. The Provider Can Be Selected As A Service Provider For One Or Both Areas. The Tender Will Procure A Job Search Coaching Service For The Year 2026. The Coaching To Be Competed For Is Described In More Detail In The Service Description Appendix Attached To The Tender Request (Appendix 1). The Duration Of The Contract Is 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2026. Option: The Contractual Period Of The Framework Arrangement Can Be Extended By One (1) One (1) Year Long Option Period For The Period 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2027. The City Of Rauma Decides Separately On The Introduction Of The Option Period And Announces It No Later Than Two (2) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period In Force At Any Given Time. Exercising The Option Is The Right Of The City Of Rauma, Not An Obligation. The Estimated Value Of The Entire Procurement For The Entire Contract Period (Including The Option Period) Is A Maximum Of 60,000 Euros (Vat 0%). The City Of Rauma Does Not Commit To A Certain Quantity Or Value Of The Purchase During The Contract Period. Training Is Procured By Sub-Area As Needed, And The Distribution Of Training Into Sub-Areas Is Not Predetermined. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right Not To Procure The Service Presented In This Request For Tender. The Number Of Procurements To Be Made Based On This Call For Tenders Will Be Realized Within The Budget. The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Procurement Entity.
