Hämeenlinnan Seudun Vesi Oy Or Hs-Vesi Is A Water Supply Company Owned By Hämeenlinna, Hattula And Akaa, Founded In 2001 And Serving Its Customers Around The Clock. The Company Takes Care Of The Procurement And Distribution Of Good Quality Water In Its Operating Area, As Well As The Efficient Drainage And Cleaning Of Waste Water. Hs Vesi Is A Subsidiary Of The Hämeenlinna City Group, And Hs Vede Also Has Its Own Subsidiary Hs-Hulevesipalvelut Oy. The Purchase Of Financial And Payroll Administration Services Includes- Financial Administration Services Including Accounting, Purchase Ledger, Processing Of Purchase Invoices And Related Authority Notifications;- Payroll Services;- Financial Management And Payroll Systems; As Well As Integrations Into Hs Vedes Own Systems (At Least Hr System, Working Time Tracking System, Invoicing System, Sales Ledger) This Is A Request For Information To Potential Service Providers, Not A Pre-Notice, A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tender. The Purpose Of This Request For Information Is To Clarify Questions Related To The Purchase. The Goal Of The Request For Information Is To Obtain Comprehensive Information About The Availability And Features Of The Service To Be Acquired, So That A Possible Tender Can Be Carried Out In The Most Appropriate Way. The Request For Information And The Answers Received To It Are Not Binding On Either Party. The Request For Information Does Not Obligate The Procurement Entity To Carry Out The Purchase, Nor Does Responding To The Request For Information Obligate It To Make An Offer At A Later Stage. The Information Regarding The Procurement May Change In The Final Tender Request.
