The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Performance Of Works Related To The Maintenance And Modification Of Fiber Optic Lines And Telecommunications Ducts Of The Task.2 Network. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement, The Conclusion Of Which Is The Subject Of The Proceedings, Is To Establish The Conditions For The Implementation Of Public Procurement Contracts For The Performance Of Works, The Scope Of Which Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Which May Be Awarded To Contractors During Its Validity Period.3. Pursuant To Art. 281 Section 2 Points 16 The Ordering Party Envisages Concluding A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of Three Contractors.4. The Ordering Party Will Issue To The Contractors, On An Ongoing Basis, As Needed, Materials Necessary For The Execution Of Executive Orders, Included In The List Of Materials Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz5. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Template Of The Framework Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, And The Template Of The Executive Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
