The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Existing Playground At The Municipal Nursery No. 6 In Bełżyce, Located At Ul. Bychawska 15A Located On Plot No. 1045/2, District: 060901_4.0004, Corresponding In Detail To The Standards Pn - En 1176 Or Pn-En 1177, Which Is Confirmed By An Entity With Pca Accreditation Or Equivalent. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz Bill Of Quantities And The Design And Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer Technical Data Sheets Valid As Of The Date Of Submission Of The Offer And Certificates Of Compliance With The Pn-En 1176 Or Pn-En 1177 Standard Issued By Entities With Pca Accreditation For All Playground Equipment Mentioned In The Project Or A Test Report Issued By These Entities. The Ordering Party Informs That, Pursuant To Article 105(3) Of The Public Procurement Law, It Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies. Moreover, The Ordering Party Accepts Appropriate Means Of Evidence Other Than Those Referred To In Section 4.1. And 4.2 Swz, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, If A Given Contractor Does Not Have Access To The Certificates Or Test Reports Referred To In Section 4.1 And 4.2, Nor The Possibility Of Obtaining Them In Due Time, Unless This Lack Of Access Cannot Be Attributed To A Given Economic Operator, And Provided That The Economic Operator Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Performed By It Meet The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Or The Tender Evaluation Criteria, Or Requirements Related To The Performance Of The Contract.
