1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Building Intended For Forest Management Purposes - A Tower For Bats With An Artificial Wintering Site, Located On Forest Land Of The State Treasury. The Building Will Not Have Electricity, Water, Sewage Or Central Heating, And Will Be Equipped With A Lightning Protection System. Due To Its Purpose And Use, It Is Not Classified As Residential Buildings, Collective Residences Or Public Utility Buildings, Production And Storage Buildings Or Livestock Buildings (Used For Breeding Livestock). The Main Purpose Of The Project Consisting In The Construction Of A Building Is To Improve The Conservation Status Of Endangered Species Of Bats By Increasing The Availability Of Breeding And Wintering Places In Areas Leśnych. The Aim Of The Investment Is Permanently Sustainable Forest Management Aimed At Using Forests In A Way That Ensures Permanent Preservation Of The Biological Wealth Of Forests.
