The Scope Of Work Includes:• Dismantling The Floor Covering - Oak Parquet From Slats;• Cleaning The Floor From The Layer Of Glue Or Adhesive;• Leveling The Subfloor With A Layer Of Self-Leveling Mortar;• Laying A New Parquet From Oak Slats Along With Wall Strips;• Sanding And Varnishing The New Wooden Parquet Floor;• Preparing The Wall Surfaces And Ceilings For Painting;• Painting The Surfaces Of Walls And Ceilings;• Replacing The External Wooden Door Joinery With Pvc In The Corridor Next To The Deans Council Room;• Building A Threshold Under The New Pvc Door Along With Its Finishing And Waterproofing.2.
