The Subject Of This Order Are Comprehensive Construction Works Related To The Renovation And Modernization Of The Village Community Center In Markowice 29A With An Area Of 157.5 M², Owned By The Głuchołazy Commune. The Building Was Damaged As A Result Of The Flood That Took Place In September 2024. The Aim Of The Works Is To Restore The Facilitys Full Functionality, Safety And Technical Condition In Accordance With The Original Standard. The Scope Of The Order Includes Demolition, Bricklaying, Plastering, Insulation, Flooring Works And Modernization Of The Electrical Installation. Renovation And Construction Works Must Be Carried Out With The Utmost Care, In Compliance With All Applicable Construction Law Provisions, Technical Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, As Well As Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Requirements. All Materials Used Must Have The Required Certificates And Approvals For Use In Construction. The Implementation Of The Order Should Fully Comply With The Legal And Technical Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, Guaranteeing Durability And Safe Use Of The Facility.
