Stamping The Ceiling In The Part Not Subject To Demolition, 4. Dismantling The Roof Covering In The Part That Can Be Dismantled, 5. Careful Demolition Of The Roof Truss Structure, 6. Manual Demolition Of The Masonry Structure Of External And Internal Walls Along With The Dismantling Of The Remains Of The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor,7. Demolition Of The Ceiling Above The Basement, Installation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation Of The Internal Wall, Taking Over The Function Of The External Wall, 8. Backfilling Basements (Without Demolishing The Basement Wall Structure) With Manual Compaction, Fill The Last 20 Cm With Topsoil And Sow With Grass, 9. Tidying Up The Area, 10. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Design And Technical Documentation, And The Conditions And Requirements Related To Its Implementation Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute An Annex To The Swz. The Ordering Party Stipulates That: 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Design And Technical Documentation, The Currently Applicable Construction Law, The Environmental Protection Law, The Nature Protection Act And Other Applicable Legal Provisions, Polish Standards And Construction Practice.2. Within The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Declaration On The Threat Or Lack Of Threat To Protected Species And Their Habitats - A Template Of The Declaration Is Attached To The Swz. If A Threat Is Identified, The Contractor Will Have To Perform A Natural Inventory At Its Own Expense, Obtain Appropriate Administrative Decisions And Perform Any Compensation Works.
