The Contractors Obligations Under The Task And The Offer Price Include: 1) Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Construction Practice And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards And Construction Law, On The Terms And Conditions Set Out In This Contract And With Due Care And Within The Contractual Deadlines; 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of The Works And The Quality Of The Incorporated Materials. The Contractor Will Provide An Appropriate Control System, Including Personnel, Laboratory, Equipment, Supplies And All Devices Necessary For Sampling And Testing Materials And Works; 3) Ensuring Proper Marking And Proper Security Of The Construction Site; 4) Maintaining Order On The Construction Site And Removing Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage At Its Own Expense; 5) Bearing Financial Responsibility For Damage Caused By The Contractor To Owners Or Users Properties Adjacent To The Construction Site;6) Ensuring Safe Conditions For Road And Pedestrian Traffic In The Area Of Carrying Out The Works In Question;7) Caring For The Natural Environment, Including Ensuring That Waste, Emissions And Pollution From The Construction Site, In Particular Sewage, Dust, Fumes And Noise, Are As Small As Possible And Do Not Exceed Legally Permissible Standards And Do Not Constitute A Threat To The Natural Environment;8) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works;9) Repairing Underground And Aboveground Utilities Damaged As A Result Of The Works - In Consultation With Their Administrators;10) The Contractors Obligations Include Performing Full Surveying Services Along With An As-Built Inventory Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Request An Up-To-Date Inventory At Every Stage Of Work Implementation.
