Reconstruction Of Part Of The Existing Warehouse Building With A Change Of Use Of Its Part Into A Conference Room And Reconstruction Of The Social And Sanitary Facilities Of The Existing Education Building As Part Of The Investment Project Adaptation Of A Utility Building Into A Conference Room For The Branch In Piotrków Trybunalski Of The Łódź Odr Zs. In Bratoszewice, Which Will Result In Adapting The Property To Applicable Legal Regulations, Improving Working And Service Conditions Customers, As Well As The Possibility Of Organizing Training And Lectures Without The Need To Rent Rooms From External Entities.3. The Investment In Question Will Include The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Demolition Of Walls, Including Removal Of Rubble And Disposal; 2) Earthworks, Foundations, Insulation; 3) Construction Of Floors, Floors And Suspended Ceilings; 4) Erection Of New Structural Walls; 5) Finishing Works, Plastering, Painting, Filling In Gaps; 6) Installation Of Pvc Windows And External Roller Shutters; 7) Assembly Aluminum Doors, Including Ei30 Class; 8) Installation Of Internal Door Joinery; 9) External Finishing Works; 10) Fire Protection Equipment; 11) Installation Of Sewage And Water Supply Installations; 12) Installation Of A Heating Installation; 13) Installation Of Air Conditioning And Ventilation Systems; 14) Reconstruction Of The Internal And External Electrical Network; 15) Expansion Of The Lan Network; 16) Installation Of A Cctv Installation; 17) Construction Av.4 Installation. When Implementing The Investment In Question, The Contractor Cooperates Closely With The Substitute Investor Appointed By The Contractor. 5. After Completing The Electrical, Refrigeration And Mechanical Installations, All Measurements Required By Law Must Be Performed And Measurement Reports Should Be Attached To The As-Built Documentation.6. The Ordering Party Stipulates That All Demolition Materials Suitable For Re-Use Are The Property Of The Ordering Party And May Be Disposed Of By The Contractor After Obtaining The Opinion Of The Branch Director In Piotrków Tryb.
