Tenders Are Invited For Electricity Supply For 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity For 12 Months Starting From January 1, 2026 Or From The Date Of Signing The Contract If It Is Concluded After January 1, 2026, And The Purchase Of Electricity Produced From The Ordering Partys Micro-Installation.2. The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Electricity In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law, For The Needs Of The Ordering Partys Organizational Units Located In: 1) Bratoszewice 2) Zgierz 3) Kościerzyna 4) Przedbórz 5) Piotrków Trybunalski (As Part Of A Single-Source Procurement In Accordance With Article 214(1) Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law.3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity (And Repurchase Of Electricity Generated In A Res Installation) In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Quality Standards Of The Ep Act And Implementing Provisions, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of May 4, 2007 On Special Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System For Entity Consumption Points Participating In The Proceedings, The List Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.4. The Forecast Electricity Demand In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 Is Specified In Annexes No. 1 And No. 2 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Will Conclude An Agreement For The Purchase Of Energy Generated In Sources Belonging To The Ordering Party On The Contractual Template Proposed By The Contractor.6. Electricity Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act And Polish Standards.7. The Contractor Undertakes To Act As The Entity Responsible For Commercial Balancing For Electricity Sold Under The Concluded Contract.8. The Contractor Will Balance The Energy Purchased By The Ordering Party Based On A Standard Consumption Profile With The Contractual Power Specified In The Contract. The Costs Resulting From Balancing Should Be Included By The Contractor In The Price Of Electricity Given In The Offer Form.9. The Electricity Supplier Is Obliged To Have A Valid Contract With The Dso For The Entire Duration Of The Contract Enabling The Sale Of Electricity To The Ordering Partys Facilities.10. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Provided Is Indicative, Used To Compare Offers And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Amount.11. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For The Ordering Partys Consumption Of An Amount Of Energy Other Than The Expected Amount.12. Any Change In The Estimated Consumption Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From Billing For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Energy According To The Prices Specified In The Offer.13. During The Term Of The Agreement, It Is Planned To Construct An Additional Energy Connection To Supply A Residential Building Owned By A Natural Person In Piotrków Trybunalski, At Ul.
