The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of An Architectural And Construction Inventory And Collection Of Data In Order To Determine The Conditions For The Implementation Of Construction Works And Changes In The Substance Of The Building. 2) Preparation Of A Building Inventory - Scan With A 3D Facade Model. 3) Preparation Of A Conceptual Design Together With The Pfu In The Field Of Architecture, Internal Installations, Taking Into Account Data From The Energy Audit, 4) Preparation Of External Visualizations Showing The Adopted Concept - Applies To The Building After Thermal Modernization.5) Preparation Of A Construction Expertise For The Selected Concept Of Building Reconstruction.6) Consultations With A Fire Protection Expert. And Sanitary And Epidemiological Station.7) Preparation Of A Technical Expertise On The State Of Fire Protection, Referred To In §2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 (As Amended) On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location, Together With Agreeing On Alternative Solutions Indicated Therein With The Relevant Provincial Fire Service Commander. The Above-Mentioned Expert Opinion Should Be Consistent With The Study (Conceptual Design And Pfu) Described In Point. 3. 8) Estimation Of The Value Of The Works.2. Additionally, The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Excavations And Tests, If Necessary, 2) Determination Of The Proposed Methods Of Carrying Out Works In The Used Building. All Services Related To The Development Of The Functional And Utility Program Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Employers Requirements Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Use Optimal Construction, Material And Cost Solutions In Order To Obtain Modern And Appropriate Standards For The Type Of Investment Task To Be Performed. Be Performed On The Basis Of A Functional And Operational Program, - Determining With The Ordering Party, At Each Stage Of Developing The Functional And Operational Program, The Method Of Technical Solutions And The Materials Used That Are To Be Adopted In The Technical Documentation And During The Performance Of Construction Works.
