Tenders Are Invited For A Service Enabling Employees Of The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management To Have Access To Various Sports Activities

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Providing Access To The Employees Of The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management (Nfośigw) Office And Their Accompanying Persons, Youth And Children To Various Sports Activities As Part Of A Monthly Subscription (Sports Package), Including For Adults And Youth At Least: Gym, Swimming Pool And Fitness Center, For Children With A Swimming Pool Card - At Least A Swimming Pool, And For Children With An Extended Card - At Least Least Swimming, Dancing And Martial Arts. After Appropriate Identification, The User Will Be Entitled To Use Sports Activities Throughout The Country. The Range Of Sports Activities Available Under The Subscription Will Be Made Available On The Contractors Website. Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Enable The Use Of Newly Available Sports Activities Under The Subscription, Provided By Entities With Which The Contractor Will Establish Cooperation In Warsaw And Other Polish Cities, During The Term Of The Agreement. The Current List Of Entities Will Always Be Available On The Contractors Website. If The Contractor Plans To Identify Users On The Basis Of Identifiers Issued By Him (E.G. Cards), The Cost Of Identifiers (Including Their Delivery To The Ordering Partys Office) Is Covered By The Contractor. The User Will Be Identified Only By Verifying His Name And Surname, Based On The Presented Document Confirming Identity (E.G. Id Card, Passport, Legal Driving, And In The Case Of School-Age Children, E.G. Id Card). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Other Forms Of Verification. Additional Information: The Ordering Party Currently Employs 769 Employees. The Ordering Party Plans To Register The Following Number Of Users To Use The Sports Package In The First Settlement Period: A. 340* Employees / Retired Former Employees B. 120* Accompanying Persons C. 35* Children (Swimming Pool Card) D. 18* Children (Extended Card) E. 70* Youth 15+ Up To 26 Years Of Age* The Numbers Given Are The Estimated Expected Number Of People Using The Subscription Per Month. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Report The Current Number Of People Before The Beginning Of Each Settlement Period, According To Current Needs. The Employee May Register As Part Of The Sports Package: - Children (Maximum 4) As Entitled To Use At Least The Swimming Pool Facilities, - Accompanying Persons (Maximum 2) - Youth (Maximum 4). The Expected Co-Financing From The Social Commission Applies To Employees And Retirees (Former Employees). National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management And Amounts To 35% And 20% Of The Gross Unit Price Of The Monthly Subscription, Depending On The Income.
