The Subject Of The Order Is Retrofitting The Resources Of Lubaczów County With Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Population Defense And Civil Defense In Crisis Situations - Task No. 1: Delivery Of A Built-In Rescue Trailer For Transporting The Water Supply Company Along With Trailer Equipment, A Portable Water Tank And A Set Of Pumps For Contaminated Water.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. In Items Where The Description Of The Item Includes The Name Of The Manufacturer, You Can Use Equivalent Items That Meet The Same Standards And Fulfill The Same Functional And Utility Purpose As The Items Listed In The Description. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Items Other Than Those Specified In The Description, Provided That The Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires, If Possible, The Submission Of An Appropriate Document Authenticating These Items.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Equipment Referred To Above And In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Within The Time Specified In The Offer Form, At His Own Expense And Risk, To The District Fire Department Headquarters In Lubaczów, Ul. Sobieskiego 13, 37-600 Lubaczów. 5. The Equipment Being Delivered Should Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Free From Third Party Rights And Should Meet Safety Standards.2.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date Of The Equipment No Later Than 2 Days Before The Delivery Date.2.7. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract In Packaging And Transport Ensuring Adequate Quality Protection Of The Delivered Equipment Against Weather Conditions, Damage, Etc.8. All Deliveries And Activities Performed By The Contractor Included In The Scope Of The Order Are Subject To Quantitative And Qualitative Acceptance.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Rescue Trailer Included In Task No. 1 For The Period Indicated In The Offer Form. The Quality Guarantee Conditions Are Described In § 5 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. Due To The Adoption Of The Quality Guarantee Period As A Criterion For Evaluating Offers, The Ordering Party Specifies It In The Range From 24 Months (Minimum Period) To 48 Months (Maximum Period) From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Full Warranty Rights For Physical Defects Resulting From The Provisions Of The Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1610, As Amended) Within The Deadlines Specified Therein - Regardless Of Warranty Rights.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Remaining Subject Matter Of The Order Included In Task No. 1 For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.
