The Indicated Forecasted Consumption Of Gas Fuel Is Indicative And May Differ From The Amount Actually Consumed During The Term Of The Contract. A Reduction Or Increase In The Amount Of Gas Fuel Actually Consumed In Relation To The Estimated Quantity Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Party (Recipient), Apart From The Need To Pay For The Gas Fuel Actually Consumed At The Rates Specified In The Concluded Contract And Cannot Be The Subject Of Claims By The Contractor.
