Part No. 1 - Preparation Of Design Documentation And Authors Supervision In The Scope Of: - Ul. Ciasna - Reconstruction Of Stairs Along A Length Of Approx. 130 M From Ul. Ciasna To Ul. On The Slope. The Scope Of Design Work Includes All Works And Activities Necessary To Complete The Task, Including The Following Elements: 1) Construction And Reconstruction Of Sidewalks, Ramps And Stairs, 2) Removal Of Possible Collisions With Existing Underground And Above-Ground Utilities Or Their Protection, 3) Modernization/Construction Of Surfaces Based On Drilling And Assessment Of The Existing Condition, 4) Dismantling Of Any Existing Lighting And Construction Of Street Lighting, If Necessary Resulted From The Issued Technical Conditions, 5) Power Supply To The Existing Street Lighting Resulting From The Technical Conditions For Design, 6) Construction Of Drainage Of The Designed Pedestrian Routes If It Results From The Issued Technical Conditions, 7) Construction Of Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings If It Results From The Issued Technical Conditions, 8) Reconstruction/Construction Of Signaling, If It Results From The Issued Technical Conditions, 9) Construction Of Channels Technological If It Results From The Issued Technical Conditions, 10) Reconstruction Of Land Development Elements, 11) Solving Other Issues And Problems, Including Network Collisions That Will Arise During The Design, Including The Technical Conditions Of The Network Administrators And The Required Arrangements, 12) Preparation Of A Dendrological Report Showing Valuable Specimens Of Trees And Shrubs Along With Recommendations And Guidelines Aimed At Preserving Greenery As Much As Possible In The Investment Process, Which Should Be Submitted For Approval To Gzdiz (Gdańsk Road And Greenery Authority), 13) Execution Inventory Of Greenery With Tree Management, Which Should Be Submitted For Approval To Gzdiz, 14) In The Case Of Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs, A Project For Replacement Plantings Should Be Developed And Agreed - The Type Of Plantings And Their Location - With The Road Manager, 15) Preparation Of Applications And Obtaining Decisions - Permits To Carry Out Construction Works And Permits To Carry Out Archaeological Research To The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments (If Required), 16) Preparing Applications And Obtaining Decisions - Water Permits (If Required), 17) Preparing The Necessary Materials And Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Including Building Permits, Or Submitting Notifications Allowing Construction Works To Be Carried Out. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8.1 To The Swz.
