The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Personal Protective Equipment For Volunteer Firefighters, Including: Special Clothes, Gloves, Helmets, Balaclavas, Thermal Underwear, Shoes, Thermal Blankets. The Delivery Is To Be Made On The Premises (To The Room) Of The Jelenia Góra City Hall - Department Of Security And Crisis Management, Ul. Armii Krajowej 19, 58-500 Jelenia Góra. Whenever The Order Documents And Announcement Mention Personal Protective Equipment, It Should Include Special Clothes, Gloves, Helmets, Balaclavas, Thermal Underwear, Shoes, Thermal Blankets, Etc. Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Order Is Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Is To:1) Deliver Personal Protective Equipment With Technical Parameters (Features, Properties) And In Quantities Consistent With Annex No. 1 To Volume Iii Of The Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) To The Department Referred To Above;2) Deliver Personal Protective Equipment To The Department Referred To Above, To The Place Indicated By The Representative Of The Ordering Party;3) Provide The Representative Of The Ordering Party With User Manuals, Certificates And Cards Warranty In Polish. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Specification Of The Order Conditions Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Annex.
