Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Complete Dry Food For Adult Dogs Of Medium Breeds And Large Ones To The Department Supporting The Police Training Center In Sułkowice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Complete Dry Food For Adult Dogs Of Medium And Large Breeds To The Supporting Department Of The Police Training Center In Sułkowice.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Entrusting The Execution Of The Order To A Subcontractor.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.6. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 455 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act, Due To The Specific Operation Of The Unit And The Possibility Of A Decrease In The Number Of Fed Dogs, We Reserve The Right Not To Complete The Entire Order Without Financial And Legal Consequences. The Minimum Remuneration For The Contractor In Such A Case Will Be Pln 134,784.00 Gross (Including: In 2025 - Pln 34,000.00 Gross). The Contractors Minimum Remuneration For The Execution Of The Contract Will Be Reduced Proportionally After The Use Of An Electronic Auction.7. The Quantities Of Products Given In The Price Forms Should Be Treated As Average. The Actual Quantity Of The Product Ordered Each Time Depends On The Actual, Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Extend The Contract Implementation Period To 60 Days After The Deadline Specified In The Contract, Within The Financial Resources Specified For This Purpose, And To Request The Conclusion Of An Annex To The Contract In This Respect.9. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Act, The Ordering Party May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance The Contract Were Not Awarded To It.10. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Total Value Of The Order May Not Exceed Its Financial Resources.11. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At The Contractors Expense.12. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract In Collective Packaging, Properly Sorted And Protected Against Damage.13. The Order Processing Time Is Up To 5 Business Days From The Date The Ordering Party Places An Order For A Batch Of The Subject Of The Order In Electronic Form Sent By E-Mail.14. The Order Will Be Delivered In Batches, On Working Days From 08:00 To 12:00 From December 1, 2025 To May 31, 2026. The Planned Date Of The First Delivery Is From December 8, 202515.
