Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And Internal Roads In The 2025/2026 Season In The Lipowa Commune. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Services Related To Comprehensive Winter Maintenance Of: - The Surface Of Municipal And Internal Roads Managed By The Commune, - Engineering Structures Related To Municipal Roads (Within The Meaning Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022 On The Regulations Technical And Construction Related To Public Roads), - Traffic Safety Devices And Other Devices Related To Municipal Roads In The Lipowa Commune, - Squares And Roads Managed By The Commune, In Particular In Dangerous Places, I.E. At Bends, Longitudinal Slopes And At And Before Intersections, - Accompanying Facilities Above. Roads, I.E. Bus Bays, Parking Lots, Squares, Consisting In Clearing Snow And Removing Winter Slipperiness, In Accordance With The Rules Of Snow Removal And Removing Winter Slipperiness On The Roads Of The Lipowa Commune In Accordance With The Standards Described In Annex No. 1 To The Contract. The Contractor Has (Secures) An Appropriate Amount Of Materials To Combat Slipperiness (Dr Type Road Salt In Accordance With The Pn Standard 86/C-84081.02). The Cost Of Purchasing Anti-Slip Materials Is To Be Included In The Price Of The Service Proposed In The Price Offer. Materials Should Be Used In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960) On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares. The Loading Of Materials Necessary For Winter Road Maintenance Is The Responsibility Of The Service Provider. The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Have A Warehouse And Transport Base For Storing Materials To Combat Slipperiness (I.E. Road Salt), Located: In The Lipowa Commune Or At A Distance Of No More Than 15 Km From The Border Of The Commune To Which He Has Legal Title; • Maintain An Appropriate Sanitary Condition Of Vehicles And Equipment For Provision Of Snow Removal Services;• All Vehicles Must Be At The Contractors Disposal, Must Be Registered, Approved For Traffic, Have Current Technical Tests And Roadworthiness Certificates;The Contractor Whose Offer Is Deemed The Most Advantageous Is Obliged, Before Signing The Contract, To Submit To The Ordering Party A Declaration Regarding The Location Of The Above-Mentioned Storage And Transport Base And Attach A Document Confirming That He Has Legal Title To The Area Indicated In The Declaration About Our Warehouse And Transport Base. The Operating Time Of The Equipment Unit Does Not Include The Time Of Arrival Of The Unit To The Place Of Snow Removal And Sprinkling Of Roads, Parking Of The Vehicle And Equipment, Loading Of Materials, Or Return From The Place Where The Services Were Completed To The Storage And Equipment Base. The Equipment Unit Is Considered To Be A Vehicle With Accessories And Staff Performing Snow Removal And/Or Spreading Activities. Part I - District 11 -
