► The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Service Of Preparation For Surveillance Tests Of Transport And Distribution Equipment (Including Tanks, Hoses, Distribution Node, Filter) In 2026, The Scope Of Which Should Be Performed In Accordance With Chapter 3 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Defense Of November 9, 2012 On The Conditions For The Domestic Transport Of Dangerous Goods By Means Of Transport Belonging To The Armed Forces Or Means Of Transport For Which The Armed Forces Are Responsible (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 514, Consolidated Text), In Accordance With The Schedule (Scope Of Activities, Validity Dates Of Tests And Place Of Performance Of The Service) And The Requirements And Under The Conditions Specified In This Documentation And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. ►The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Tank Cleaning And Degassing, - Inspection Of The Inner Jacket Tankers, - Electrical Measurements, - Resistance Measurements, - Pressure Test, - Tightness Test, - Checking The Breathing Valve, - Checking The Drain Valves, - Intermediate Inspection Of The Body, - Periodic Inspection Of The Body, - External Inspection, - Obtaining Decisions Authorizing Their Operation From The Military Technical Supervision Pursuant To Art. 14 And Art. 50 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of December 21, 2000 On Technical Supervision (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1194, As Amended), - Making The Necessary Arrangements With The Branch Office Of The Military Technical Supervision In Olsztyn As To The Method Of Carrying Out Individual Activities In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. ►Costs Related To Energy Consumption And Use Electricity, Water Consumption And Disposal Used In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.
