1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E), I.E. The Supply Of Gas Fuel Along With The Distribution Service To The Ordering Partys Facilities, In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, Divided Into Two Tasks: A) Task No. 1 - Gas Supply To Gas Consumption Points (Ppg), Which Will Be Settled According To The Tariff Price Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Within The Meaning Of The Act Of January 26, 2022 On Special Solutions To Protect Gas Fuel Consumers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market And Competitive Market Prices (Mixed Settlement), With A Maximum Demand For Fuel Of 844,440 Kwh - According To Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Proceedings Covered Ppg, Where The Recipient: 1) Is Subject To Tariff Protection, I.E. Recipients Referred To In Art. 62B Section 1 Point 2 Of The European Parliament Act And 2) Has A Mixed Volume - In A Given Facility Only Part Of The Volume Is Subject To Tariff Protection. In Annex No. 1A, The Ordering Party Indicated To Which Ppg The Provisions Of Art. 62B And According To What Percentage Indicator. If The Ordering Party Is An Entity Authorized To Settle According To Tariff Prices Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Within The Meaning Of The Act Of January 26, 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gaseous Fuel Customers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market, He Or She Signs The Gas Fuels Recipients Statement On The Intended Use Of The Gaseous Fuel, According To The Template Constituting An Annex To The Regulation. Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of January 28, 2022. A Given Ppg May Be Partially Or Fully Settled According To The Prices From The Sales Tariff (Tariff Price) Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office - The Information Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Said Declaration Is An Attachment To These Proceedings. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Scope Of The Declaration During The Order, I.E. Losing The Right To Settle At Tariff Prices And Acquiring The Right To Settle At Tariff Prices. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Will Submit An Appropriate Declaration Consistent With The Actual Situation.2. Gas Fuel Should Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day To The Transfer And Reception Points Listed In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Owned By The Ordering Party, To The Gas Network Of The System Operator.3. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Order Size By Up To +/- 10% In Relation To The Basic Quantity Of Gaseous Fuel For The Purchase Of Gas. The Order Size Will Be Increased On An Option Basis. The Principles, Scope And Manner Of Using The Above By The Ordering Party Are Described In Annex No. 2A To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract In § 1 Section 3 And 4.4.
